Grand Addition to Sorority Row

The first house for this new sorority at the University of Florida’s campus, is two stories, approximately 24,000 sf, and boasts 34 residential bedrooms with sleeping for 71 members with five well-appointed restrooms. A large wood grand staircase greets visitors and draws them into the open foyer and the large Great Room. Seating for 130 is easily accommodated in the Chapter/Dining Room adjacent to the commercial-grade kitchen with serving area. The House Director’s Suite includes a private bath with a lounge area, office and kitchenette. Members also enjoy a beautifully landscaped expansive outdoor courtyard and study area. The site will provide 17 parking spots and ample scooting and bicycle parking.

The sisters of Gamma Phi Beta will most certainly create memories that will last a lifetime and start traditions that will live on long after they have moved on.
