UF Business Affairs Technical Services Office Renovation

This project was a complete ceiling to floor interior renovation of an existing office area located on the ground floor of the University of Florida’s Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. The renovation required selective demolition and renovation of 6200 square feet. The project provides new innovative office space, access controls, open concept conference areas and glass interior wall partitions. This newly redesigned space will primarily house Business Affairs Technical Services unit along with an area for Business Dining Services. The two units will share a common break area with restroom facilities.

Upon completion of this renovation the UF Business Affairs Technical Services was able to relocate to acquire its own space. This department had previously been occupying space in the Planning Design and Construction area.

Business Affairs Technical Services is a unit designed to support Business Affairs divisions. This team assists the University community with a wide array of products and services ranging from floor plans, space analysis and reporting to website and application support. This renovation and subsequent relocation will allow the Business Affairs Technical Services team to establish an enterprise Geographical Information Services (GIS) division that can be utilized by the university community.
